What it does

Every week FitScan summarizes the last seven days: average calories eaten and an honest estimate of calories burned, weight and body-fat change versus the prior week, days trained, average sleep, and average water intake — with rule-based recommendations drawn only from your real data. Estimates are clearly labeled as estimates, never inflated.

Why it matters

Daily numbers are noisy; weekly trends are truth. The report shows whether the week's effort actually moved you, and what to change next week.
