These terms govern your use of the FitScan website at fitscanid.com and the FitScan ID mobile app (together, the "Service"), published by RAXX BEATS STUDIOS LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
You may use FitScan for your own personal, non-commercial fitness tracking. You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse-engineer the app, disrupt its operation, scrape content at scale, or use it in any unlawful way. The content on this website, our articles, recipes and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is provided for your personal use.
Not medical advice
FitScan provides body-composition estimates, fitness scores, projections, workouts, recipes and educational content for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Body-composition figures are estimates, not clinical measurements. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new diet or exercise program, especially if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are under 18.
Subscriptions & in-app purchases
FitScan is free to download. Optional purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store:
- Scan credits are one-time in-app purchases.
- FitScan Pro is an auto-renewable subscription ($4.99/month or $34.99/year). Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
All purchases are subject to Apple's standard Terms of Use (EULA), which apply to the licensed application. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Advertising
This website displays ads served by Google AdSense. Your use of the site is also subject to Google's advertising policies. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled. The FitScan app itself does not show ads served with personal health data.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAXX BEATS STUDIOS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any decisions you make based on its estimates or content. You use the Service at your own risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
