Is FitScan free?
Yes — FitScan is free to download and your first body scan is free. Additional AI body scans are sold as one-time in-app purchases (scan credits). There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews.
How does the body scan work?
You take a front and side photo and enter your weight (and optionally a few measurements). FitScan computes body-fat percentage, muscle definition, posture and an overall fitness grade. Your photos stay on your device.
Do I need an account?
No. The core app works fully offline with no sign-up. An optional account is only needed if you want to use the community features.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Calorie tracking, the exercise library, workout generator, recipes, FitScore and all logging work offline. Only AI photo analysis and the community feed need a connection.
The app says "Product not found in App Store"
This usually means in-app purchases were still finalizing. Reboot the device and try again, or email us your Apple region and the version number in Settings.
How do I delete my data?
Most data lives on your device — deleting the app removes it. For community data, email us and we will handle it within 48 hours.
