FitScan is built privacy-first. Your fitness logs, body-scan photos and measurements are stored on your device, not on our servers. This policy explains the limited data we touch.
Data we collect
The core app stores your profile, logs and photos locally on your phone. We do not require an account to use FitScan. If you opt into the optional community features, your posts and profile are stored with our backend provider, Supabase, to make them shareable.
Third-party services
- Apple App Store / RevenueCat, process in-app purchases (scan credits and the FitScan Pro subscription). They receive standard transaction data, never personal health data.
- Supabase, stores community posts and accounts only if you use the optional social features.
- Google AdSense, this website shows ads served by Google, which may use cookies to personalize ads. See Google's advertising policies. You can manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings.
Cookies
This marketing website uses cookies for advertising (Google AdSense) and basic analytics. The FitScan app itself does not use advertising cookies.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can access, export or delete your data at any time, most of it lives on your device, so deleting the app removes it. For community data or any request, email us and we will respond within 48 hours. We never sell your personal data.
Children
FitScan is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Subscriptions & Terms of Use
FitScan offers FitScan Pro, an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. Use of the app is governed by the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA).
